EXCITED TO ANNOUNCE THE SCOTTISH SURFING FEDERATIONS 2021 JUNIOR SERIES

A 5 stop tour for the future of Scottish Surfing.

The first stop is the iconic beach of Balevullin in Tiree. A spot that can serve up a variety of conditions, successful competitors in Tiree must show an ability to adapt to anything thrown at them.

Then we are off to Dunnet Beach with the legendary reef breaks of Thurso nearby.  

Stop number 3, the beautiful beach breaks of Dunbar. Surfers have been coming to the East Coast Beach to surf since the 60’s and with easy transport links from Edinburgh, it is easy to see so why many surf enthusiasts across Scotland come to Belhaven Beach to catch some of the best waves on the East Coast.

The fourth stop on tour, the historical beach break’s of Fraserburgh. The Broch has created many Scottish Surfing Champions over the years and proves and excellent competition venue with its challenging beach breaks and surrounding reefs. This event will also be the Gathering of the Clans, Junior surfers must qualify for their team are to gain points from this tour stop.

The Final stop on the Scottish Surfing Federation 2021 Junior Series, Sandend Beach. Sandend predominantly a classic left hander at low tide but can also serve up a variety of conditions, successful competitors in Sandend must show an ability to adapt to anything thrown at them. This event will also be the 2021 Scottish Junior Nationals
