Scotland V Ireland International Surfing Competition & Celtic Cup Ceilidh Dance

The annual Scotland v Ireland Surfing Competition will take place at Thurso-East on the 10th and 11th of November 2018 and will draw international surfing stars such as Rip Curl sponsored WQS competitor Gearoid McDaid (IRL).

The event will contest several categories including Open Men, Open Women, Longboarding, Bodyboarding, Masters and Junior Categories.

On the Saturday night of the event (10th of November) a charity fundraising Ceilidh Dance will take place in the Pentland hotel Thurso with Grouse Ceilidh Band (https://www.grouseceilidhband.com).  Tickets are now available from Caithness Horizons and the Pentland Hotel in Thurso.  SSF members can purchase their tickets online for a discounted price at SSF.AZOLVE.COM.

On the 9th of November at 8pm in the Pentland Hotel there will be a reception for the teams with photo opportunities for the press. There will be a prizegiving banquet on the 11th at 6pm in the Pentland Hotel.
